Contacts are the Basis of your Business
Agent's 1st Choice makes it easy to locate individuals and groups. You can locate contacts by name, address, phone, e-mail address, search categories, and user-defined fields. If a person is in your files, you can find them easily and quickly in Star Contact.
Once you've found a person or group of people, you can view their file, contact them via phone auto-dialer, e-mail, fax, card, letter, or mailing label, check their tasks and history, write a note, or make a new appointment.
Unlimited Addresses, Phones, and Notes
From Agent's 1st Choice unique "contact details" screen you can add an unlimited number of addresses, phone numbers, notes, tasks, and history records for each person. You can also add birthdays and anniversaries for all family members. Each person can own multiple properties, and you can jump to any of the properties with a click of the mouse.
Auto-Dialer
Agent's 1st Choice auto-dialer makes it easy to call your contacts and keep notes on your conversations with them.
Action Planner
Agent's 1st Choice action planner lets you create and assign an action plan to each prospect or group of prospects. Each action plan can contain a series of letters, postcards, labels, e-mail, or phone calls. Each task in an action plan can be triggered by the preceding task, so that you never have more to do than you can handle. Action plan items can be assigned to a team member, so that the tasks show up in the appropriate person's daily schedule.
Calling and Mailing Farms
Calling farms are easy to manage in Agent's 1st Choice. Simply create one or more calling farm, assign a group of people to each farm, and then tell Agent's 1st Choice how many calls per day you wish to make.
